Finalist of the CPhI Pharma Awards 2020

In 2020, we received the great news that we were selected as one of the 4 finalists in the CPhI Pharma Awards 2020 in the category Excellence in Pharma: Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution.

The finals took place on the 13th of October 2020.

After rounds of speed-dating with the healthcare jury members, pitching and answering questions, we finally reached THE FINALS as one of the 10 innovation out of the almost 100 healthcare entries.

Can Pharmaoffer become the Amazon of pharma raw materials?

Disruptions in the supply of the raw materials that are necessary to manufacture medicines are becoming more and more common. Could the digitisation of the API/excipients marketplace help address the issue? To find out more, Abi Millar spoke with Ammar Badwy, co-founder of Dutch start-up Pharmaoffer which provides a digital platform for drugmakers to connect with qualified material suppliers.
